Pandora is essentially a streaming radio site. The unique thing about Pandora is that they allow you to "create your own radio station". When you sign in they ask you to enter the name of either an artist or the name of a song and from there they have a unique algorithm to present you similar artists or similar music. This is a good place to discover new artists that you may have never even heard of. Another site, imeem, has a feature that is pretty similar to this, but they don't have a "station" feature. This is what makes Pandora unique.
